Rooms are based on double occupancy (unless otherwise noted) and are subject to State and Local Taxes.

Deposits
Reservations must be guaranteed with a VISA, Mastercard or American Express. A deposit equal to 50% of your entire stay is required to confirm your reservation.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made up to 24 hours prior to your arrival will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations made less then 24 hours notice or no shows will be charged one night's room and tax.

Check-In & Check Out
Check-In time is anytime after 3PM and check-out time is by 11AM. If your room is vacant and clean prior to 3PM, we are happy to check you in. Extending your check-out by 1 hour can be arranged the morning of your departure if available.

No Smoking Policy
Dedicated to providing a clean, comfortable and relaxing environment for its guests and staff, the Grand Harbor Inn has gone smoke free. We ask that all guests refrain from smoking in all rooms, balconies, and common areas during their stay. Guests may be asked to leave the premises without reimbursement and assessed an extra cleaning charge if it has been determined that they have been smoking in their room or other ares of the inn.

Rates & Occupancy
Rates are double occupancy. There is a $35/person/night additional charge for persons ages 13 and up. The first two children 12 and under are free. There is a $15/child/night additional charge for more than 2 children in a guestroom. All rooms have a maximum occupancy of 4 adults. Cribs or rollaways are free to guests.

Pet Charge
There is a $35/pet/night fee for guests with dogs. We allow a maximum of two dogs per room and do not discriminate on size or breed.

From the Bangor Area:
Take Route 1 south into Camden. In the center of town, look for Cappy's Chowder House on your left at the Corner of Bay View Street. Take a left here onto Bay View Street. Travel approximately 100 yards down Bay View Street and look for Peter Ott's Restaurant on your left. The entrance to Bay View Landing, where we are located, is immediately past Peter Ott's Restaurant. Look for the Bay View Landing directory sign just past Peter Ott's. Grand Harbor Inn is at the bottom of the driveway towards the water on your left hand side. Our entrance is next to Bay View Lobster Restaurant's entrance. We have two gas lanterns on either side of our door that are easy to spot.

From the Augusta Area:
Take Route 17 south until you reach Route 90. Take a left onto Route 90 and follow it until you reach Route 1. Take a left onto Route 1 heading north and proceed into Camden. Look for Camden National Bank on your right hand side. Take a right just immediately past Camden National Bank onto Bay View Street. Travel approximately 100 yards down Bay View Street and look for Peter Ott's Restaurant on your left. The entrance to Bay View Landing, where we are located, is immediately past Peter Ott's Restaurant. Look for the Bay View Landing directory sign just past Peter Ott's. Grand Harbor Inn is at the bottom of the driveway towards the water on your left hand side. Our entrance is next to Bay View Lobster Restaurant's entrance. From the Portland Area:
Take Route 295 north until the Brunswick exit 28. You will now be on Route 1 North. Stay on Route One until you reach Route 90 in Warren. Take a left onto Route 90 until you once again come to Route 1 in Rockport. Take a left onto Route 1 North and proceed into downtown Camden. Look for Camden National Bank on your right hand side. Take a right just immediately past Camden National Bank onto Bay View Street. Travel approximately 100 yards down Bay View Street and look for Peter Ott's Restaurant on your left. The entrance to Bay View Landing, where we are located, is immediately past Peter Ott's Restaurant. Look for the Bay View Landing directory sign just past Peter Ott's. From the Boston Area:
Out of Boston, follow Interstate 95 north toward Portland, Maine. As you get closer to Portland, look for exit 44. Take this exit and prepare for a toll booth ahead. This exit transfers you to Route 295 North through downtown Portland. Follow 295 North to the Brunswick exit 28. Exit sign will read "Bath/Brunswick, Coastal Route 1". You will now be on Route 1 North. Stay on Route One until you reach Route 90 in Warren. Take a left onto Route 90 until you once again come to Route 1 in Rockport.
