BOOKED GUESTS: We are open to receive phone and e-mail inquiries from Guests with a signed rental agreement Monday through Friday 9am until 5pm EST for non-payment related questions at 1-800-930-2561 Ext 2. If your questions is payment related, please call our Billing Department at 1-800-930-2561 and choose Ext. 3.
PROPERTY OWNERS: We are open to receive phone and e-mail inquiries from existing or potential owners Monday through Friday 9am until 5pm EST at 1-800-930-2561 Ext 4.
When renting vacation homes, it's always best to rent through a professional agency that is a member of the Better Business Bureau, and that is well known and liked in it's business operating area. On the Water in Maine Inc. is a well established member of three large Chamber of Commerce's (Penobscot Bay, Belfast, and Boothbay) as well as it is an A-Plus ranked member of the BBB.
